Paul was a boy who was just tipping down the street
With his companions on his mind who left him walking in the heat
Paul was a boy who found himself outside the class
But he befriended all the sewer rats and then took them all to class

So off he went out through the town to do his venture for the people

When he was standing by a burning drum with nothing left to eat

As the loaf he dropped into his pants went trickling to his feet

So off he went out through the town to do his venture for the people
